We start with a meeting to establish project size, budget and planning. From there, we determine your style and work at sourcing material to create an overall, cohesive design.

Planning & Permits

The process of taking out a permit can be a tedious and overwhelming task. From building permits, zoning changes, minor variances, and site plan approvals, 5th & Seven will take care of it all so you don’t have to worry about a single thing! While we do self perform mostly everything during a build, we also work with a number of trusted trades and will be in constant communication to ensure that the project is on time and on budget.

Custom Build

At 5th & Seven we have established strong working relationships with many trades and companies. When possible, we like to support locally. Reach out to us and we can help narrow down what it is you need done and what exactly that involves. Whether it is a full design & build or a complete renovation, we’ve got you covered.
